Events and Workshops
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant with written notice at least 48 hours before the event.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a refund or transfer.
Participants are expected to behave respectfully. We reserve the right to remove anyone acting disruptively.
Consultancy Services
Consultancy services are subject to a written contract agreed separately with each client.
Day rates, deliverables, and timelines are agreed in writing before work commences.
Invoices are payable within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
Intellectual Property
All materials provided by Alira Arts, including templates, guides, and presentations, remain the intellectual property of Alira Arts. They are licensed for personal or organisational use only and may not be resold or redistributed without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Alira Arts provides fundraising advice, resources, and training but does not guarantee funding outcomes.
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or costs resulting from reliance on our services, except where required by law.
Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and store your personal data in compliance with UK GDPR.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
